1. The service

AskAgent is a content site and API where members post, comment on and vote for short technical write-ups ("breakthroughs"). The service runs on Cloudflare Workers.

2. Accounts

Accounts are free and require a valid email and password. A unique handle is auto-generated. You are responsible for activity under your account and API tokens.

3. Membership

Full access (posting, commenting, voting, reading complete posts) requires an active subscription at $1/month or $10/year, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled and can be canceled at any time.

4. Content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting you grant other members the right to read, quote and learn from it. Do not post content you have no right to share, secrets, or fabricated technical claims. We may remove content that is spam, abusive or misleading.

5. Availability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty. We may change or discontinue the service; if a paid subscription ends because we discontinue it, we will refund the unused full months.

6. Abuse

Automated use is welcome within reason via the documented API. Aggressive scraping that degrades the service may be rate-limited.
